Not To B Transphobic

Am I transphobic?

Let me tell you my story.

In the summer of 2018 (June 2nd to be exact) my newly separated friend and I are at a local country bar.

The bar is closed now, after Covid, it shut forever and the building was torn down. Gabby’s Country Cabaret was a dive, but fun for people watching, even if we were way older than the main crowd.

This particular evening, us ladies were sitting beside the dance floor when a man that worked there, recognized my friend. Their kids played sports together. He was surprised she was there, and she explained she was separated and now dating.

So he asked my friend what she was looking for in a man.

After she gave her respectable answer, then she said that was why we were there, two single ladies.

So the man smiles at me and says – What are you looking for?

Me, being me… I say I am looking for “a man that knows how to use his tongue.

And I laughed. My laugh.

The man’s face lit up in this weird fashion, and he left.

I thought I had most certainly offended him, and apologized to my friend for possibly embarrassing her, but she shrugged it off. She knows me.

Moments later the man comes back and says to me, I am sending someone over for you. Sure enough, over walks The Machine and he confidently says, that he was sent over because of my request.

Turned out The Machine had just been telling them earlier, he was looking for someone to please.

As it turned out that was me – The Machine and I got along famously.

In fact, we saw one another rather frequently for the next 6 months and got rather close up until that winter. That was make or break time – and for me – it was break. The Machine wasn’t happy with my decision to end things. But I was spending too much time with him, and getting way too attached, when I knew there was no future. Not because of him. I don’t do serious relationships, unless it is “just right” and this Goldie Locks never finds that perfect porridge.

The Machine went on to meet someone else that wanted a relationship. I was happy for him. I am happy for him still. We are still rather fond of one another, and he is someone I would say is a good friend to this day. I had met his sister. I had met his mother briefly at the Jordan Peterson event in December 2020.

To this day, we discuss relationship issues. He is the one that gives me grief for my burn it to the ground mentality. Heck he even regularly hangs out with my mom about once a month, so that goes to show the level of friend he became in my life.

So what the heck does that all have to do with the title of this post?

Well, in that period of time in 2018 – when I met The Machine – his ex-wife was sued by someone then known as Jonathan Yaniv, who later changed their identity to become Jessica Yaniv, and now is known as Jessica Simpson.

If you want a deep dive into who that is please go to meowmix.online and wade in.

Or type #waxmyballs into Google if you dare.

This story literally went across the pond.

CLOSE SHAVE

Trans woman who sued beauticians for refusing to wax her scrotum loses human rights lawsuit.

Yes, even the famous comedian Ricky Gervais made a joke about the lawsuit and took heat in the media for it. But believe me – for the “Underage Topless Trans Swimming Events” and suing a Beauty Pagaent, and attacking Rebel reporters, and showing the world their illegal taser live on the Blaire White podcast; then undergoing SRS, posting pictures of their infected surgery on Twitter for the world to see; and calling the local fire department, paramedics and police to constantly come “rescue” them while naked in the tub – only to then sue a paramedic for sexual assault, to the racist videos they posted online – for all that and the endless other outrageous things they have done – Yaniv deserves way more than just ridicule.

Jessica as they are now known, was a fully intact male that presented as Jonathan when all that went down in 2018.

Yaniv‘s previous online trail of perversion was uncovered rather quickly by the web citizens, and it was pretty clear this was a legal grifter that would stop at nothing to sue anyone using their new trans-identity to create scenarios at local businesses, which resulted in legal action from them.

My friend The Machine and his ex-wife found legal representation in 2018.

When it was clear his ex-wife wasn’t going to be an easy target because of the legal representation, Yaniv now known as Jessica dropped their lawsuit. But not the lawsuits against the other women. Women that ran small businesses (that performed female waxing services) in our community. Most of whom are immigrants or POC, and many ran businesses inside their own homes.

So with some help, that legal representation The Machine and his ex-wife had found, was then put into contact with those other women.

The #waxmyballs case was heard in the BC Human Rights Tribunal.

Yaniv, now known as Jessica, told some whopper tales during that trial. It was chronicled online by a Twitter user named Esslie. Yaniv, now know as Jessica, lost those cases and was forced to pay for it.

However, the drama and court hearings never ended. Jess is still at it today. 5 years later. MeowMix has all the lawsuits and drama documented.

That includes [Amy Eileen Hamm] with [her] nursing license on the line as [she] face what feels like an endless disciplinary process for [her] “off duty conduct,” and Jordan Peterson, who is also battling his professional college after he was sanctioned for opposing the Canadian state’s DEI orthodoxy.

Twits Tweets and Twats

As a result of the lawsuits, a group of women on Twitter had begun following everything Yaniv, now known as Jessica, did.

We all discussed it and openly let it be known, Yaniv, now known as Jessica did not represent trans-women. The history of online predator behaviour by Yaniv, now known as Jessica, that was uncovered made it clear this individual had a sexual fetish, particularly for underage girls, their periods and tampons.

The world was being pushed to accept that any male that self-identified as a female was female. Literally men just had to say “I am a woman” and society was just supposed to let them in to all the safe spaces where once only biological females, women, were. Including bathrooms, change rooms, prisons and sports.

Here in Vancouver, British Columbia a shelter for women – The Vancouver Rape Relief Centre stood its ground and was vandalized, and had a dead rat nailed to their door.

I believe women still need those safe spaces.

I was vocal about my opinion on Twitter. I was vocal about Yaniv, now known as Jessica.

I have always been around the LGB community all my life.

I am technically a B in the alphabet people. Although, frankly I don’t discuss it much, given my relationships with women have been minuscule comparatively (and private by mutual choice) and I most certainly have a stronger preference for men. Plus dudes get so excited over the prospect of dating a Bisexual, thinking it means they are going to get WMW threesomes. It is something that I keep closed off for – reasons.

I have several types of men I prefer too, but anyone that knows me, knows, I do love my feminine men.

I have mentioned my club days started back in the 80s as a teen, when we went to alternative clubs for minors. There was tremendous acceptance in that community. I had all sorts of LGB friends and acquaintances. (Still do.)

Once I turned 19, we spent many nights dancing in places like The Odessey, and Celebrities in Vancouver in the early 90s. By the mid-90s I was married to a man that enjoyed body modification, and the fetish scene. I too liked to dress in fetish wear.

We participated and attended events called The Betty Page Social Club here in Vancouver in the mid-to-late 90s. Later it was renamed BPSC (Body Perve Social Club.) It was run by Velvet Steele, who I still enjoy an online friendship with.

In 2005-2006 I was helping an acquaintance (who I still enjoy an online friendship) with his creation, called Tranny Force. It was a drag queen spoof, where they were super heroes. You can still see it on YouTube.

I can honestly say, I have no phobia.

Zero.

What I do have a problem with is sexual predators and again, given what was dug up on Yaniv, now known as Jessica, they seem like a predator. Again, go deep dive into MeowMix.Online for the decade of dirt on this individual.

The Matthew Good Connection

Doesn’t it always come back to this.

Well when the whole situation with Matthew Good popped up in April 2021Hayley decided to try to cancel me for doubting her claims against the musician, and the events of April 12-13th 2021 in the Facebook Group (as detailed in this website) – the women in the group called me Transphobic (among other things.)

Hayley called me transphobic.

In the letter Hayley posted where she called me that and more, her comments were made about me based on my Twitter activities.

My Twitter activities exposing Yaniv cases and actions – and defending female safe spaces and female only sports.

In April and May of 2021 – defended myself against VOMG Facebook gals attack on my character.

I will continue to defend the attacks on my character, for my views that biological fact matters more than emotional feelings, when it comes to safe guarding female minors from being exposed to biological males and their lady-dicks. I will continue to defend separation of the sexes for bathrooms, change rooms, prisons and sports.

The funny bit… Hayley in August 2022 retweeted this post on her Twitter…

Amazing that merely a year before that retweet she was calling me a Transphobic person. In 2021 Hayley was calling me a racist too. You know all the typical slurs used to attempt to cancel someone.

  • But people can grow and change. Time is a wonderful thing for that – if you have the will to evolve. If you have the will to open your mind, to find common ground – to live together on a planet with other people that may challenge your opinion.

Jessica Is The Real The Racist

And as for Yaniv, now known as Jessica… they recently found another grift. A pretend “service dog” that is being used to sue a local restaurant. Once again, those of us that follow the endless legal nightmares, can guess this restaurant was targeted because Jess is a proven racist POS.

Jessica now goes by @SFUJessica and gave up the old @trustednerd handle on Twitter. Just to clarify that this old tweet from 2019 links to an account they abandoned after being exposed for this racially hateful post.

SFU stands for Simon Fraser University – and the university is dealing with this racist and their attacks on people of colour at the university – as Jess pretends to be a law student. Again, go do a deep dive into MeowMix.Online to grasp the weight of this mammoth problem in my community.

I once again will state, I have zero problem with legal adults socially and physically transitioning if they have true belief their lives are better as such. The words transman and transwoman represent those legal adult people.

Biologically though, differences do matter.

We have laws in place (or we did) that protected society from being exposed to nudity, or sexual acts in public. We have laws in place (or we did) that protected girls and women by providing a single sex safe space.

Dividing our human species by its binary sex – a common denominator to all living things on earth – is logical.

Whether it is the human species that we discuss, or any of the billions of species humans have managed to observe (finding the bodies of in the earth and sea) and to catalogue – we all have a binary purpose.

We, the species of earth require reproduction of the species – to sustain the species existence.

You’re A Strange Animal

One “female” and one “male” are required of a species to reproduce offspring.

Raising that offspring leads to protective instincts to raise your young, to help them live to have offspring of their own. Generations tribes arise, to insure their species thrive, and continue to exist. Ever expanding.

The continuation of a species, requires reproduction. Replacement of generations before.

A simple equation. Man+Woman has to equal 2 children just to maintain the balance. Ideally Man+Woman would equal more than 2 children to have a chance of increasing the species.

Collapse of a species typically requires “acts of god” as they say in the insurance business.

Our curious minds have dug through some of the past species of this planet, digging in dirt, diving to the depths of the oceans, and rocketing into space. The intellectual superiority of our human species is quite spectacular – comparably to most other species we have ever discovered on this earth.

We arrived here through logic mostly, the skill to survive – and to procreate. To pass down everything humanity before us has achieved.

The good, bad and the ugly of it. Lately it seems so ugly.

And I am mother. I wonder what kind of future there is coming.

This is my life.

I often also wonder, how did I get here?
